What we do

We use music as a practical, accessible way to support wellbeing — from gentle rhythm and listening, to energising creative sessions.

Group sessions

Inclusive music and wellbeing sessions designed to help people connect, regulate, and feel part of something.

Workshops & programmes

Structured workshops for schools, community groups, and organisations — tailored to your needs and setting.

1:1 support

A calmer space for individual support where music becomes a tool for grounding, expression, and confidence.

Community events

Creative, welcoming events that bring people together — with rhythm, sound, and shared experience.

Built around people, not performance.

Sessions can be adapted for sensory needs, confidence levels, and access requirements. You don't need musical experience.

Built with community partners, schools, and organisations.

Music as a tool
Practical wellbeing

Rhythm, listening, and creativity to support regulation and connection.

It's the first space in a long time where I didn't feel judged. The music helped me calm down and actually breathe.
Participant
The session was inclusive and thoughtfully paced. Young people who usually opt out stayed engaged the whole time.
